   At £10.45 I had a large burrito with chicken and all the bits but I'm afraid to report that none of the flavours really stood out. A cute combination, but nothing crazy tasty. Being a chain, there is a chance it's all standard so you're also paying for it. It was a cute and quick meal. The tortilla was warmed up prior for the burrito to be rolled, not after it. A touch of char and a little crunchiness could have helped.

   It's an easy place to go even by yourself. The staff take your order politely, and since they make it right there, the food comes out pretty quickly. It’s also super close to Euston Station, so it's great spot to stop by before catching your train.

   Literally the worse tortilla ever. Is convenient because of the location but the food in this tortilla compared to other tortilla is tasteless. The staff also the worse one. Every single one with bad attitude and mean to customers. I’m guessing the only reason why they still have customers, as I have said already, because of the location. Not recommended.

   Unfortunately the person I first was served by was quite short and not very attentive, rushing me despite no queue. Then when I went to pay the price was different from what the menu said. When I pointed it out, the team-member did not explain the situation, and simply said the menu is wrong. I then mentioned they need to change it to match the till as they should not be charging a different menu then advertised. The team member was quite rude just saying the manager is behind me. The manager said nothing to me. Luckily I have not put zero stars here as the other team member noted the issue and apologised to me, explaining the menu technology was not allowing them to change the menu. Still only one star as they did still charge me a higher price than the menu, and did not aim to resolve or make up for the inconsiderate initial encounter. In the future they should aim to communicate this before the customer placed an order, to ensure the customer doesn’t feel confused or as they are being charged for the wrong thing. Thank you to the team member who was considerate- five stars for you!

   Possibly the most tasteless burrito I have ever had. Rice, chicken, black beans and I believe they gave me a string of salad (possibly saving due to the looming recession). Also, the cheese is not suitable for vegetarians. I have no idea what people are actually tasting when they review it as 5 stars - genuinely. I guess we all have different palates. This is an honest review and my truthful opinion.

   I am currently at Euston with heavy bags and a dog, so finding a place to stop and get food was difficult. However, when I got to Tortilla, I was greeted with a lovely welcome and smile from the lady serving (Aida) who told me to take a seat outside, and she would come out to me to take my order. All the stress I had travelling with the dog and baggage was removed - brilliant customer service. I’ll be back here for sure when I’m next passing through. Thank you Aida!
