   They rarely get orders right unless you’re standing in front of them. Ordered a grilled chicken quesadilla on Deliveroo - they didn’t put the chicken in it. I also ordered a Crunchwrap , they barely put any meat. Tried to call before writing this review - they didn’t pick up. Not worth the money honestly.

   I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I waited in the queue for over 15 minutes, even though it wasn’t busy, and the staff member at the counter was extremely rude. They didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t look at me, and made no effort to serve me. I have leg pain, so standing for that long was especially difficult, and the lack of basic courtesy made it even worse. Overall, terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back to this Croydon location and eat here again!

   I went there to pickup delivery and the guy there with a big tattoo on his arm was very rude and i feel very insulted infront of so many people there. I will never ever go there because the staff and their behaviour is bad. He should learn manners first, then get a job somewhere.

   Myself and my fiancée went here to get some burrito meals and a crunch wrap, this is my first time ever trying Taco Bell and honestly I wasn’t disappointed, to be honest upon entering the store we found the kiosks not working so we had to order from the front it did take a few minutes as all the workers seemed to be completing orders but once we ordered we only waited 5 minutes for our food, it was exactly as described tasted wonderful and to be fair was all around very pleasant

   If I could give 0 stars I would, Taco Bell is one of my favourite fast foods until I came across Croydon. The people who work there clearly hate their job as well as their customers, the way they present the food is disrespectful and they do not follow allergens or requests. Food takes twice as long as they say it will, this place needs shutting down. I have an allergy so asked to not have tomatoes in my food, food arrives with tomatoes, freezing, no sauce, completely spilt and can see they have just thrown a tiny bit of food in - disgusted I am ashamed to say this is the second time I ordered the same thing and it happened both times (I wanted to give benefit of the doubt due to it being my favourite) but never will I order from Croydon again nor would I recommend anyone else to

   Always hot and fresh if you eat in/takeaway - coin toss with delivery services as usual. From my experience food is always made to order unlike at most fast food places - you might wait a few minutes but it's worth it.

   Just go my order stone cold, and there was no meat or cheese filling inside any of the meal, road kill would have been a better choice. Never in the rest of my days on this planet will I order eat or even recommend taco bell to anyone, if anything I will have to be saving them from a disaster of food choice. All the hype this must be from the employees and management. Disgusting and disgraceful. Here is there taco then look at the photos.

   I went with my family yesterday, the restaurant was pretty empty and staff not busy at all. First impressions were that it looked very dirty, tables full of food, trays etc. The floor too was not clean you could see food and rubbish on the floor. When I went to order , there was no line so I went straight to the counter to order and one member of staff very rude said to me you must order on the screen and turned away, I was shocked but I did it anyway. It took me a while as the screen was very slow . While I was putting my order on the screen this member of staff obviously did not want to work so told other customers to order on the 1 screen available as other was out of order so a line started to build behind me. Bearing in mind I was the first to order my food took over 20 mins to come out and it was cold , absolutely terrible service and quality from this place I would definitely not recommended to anyone, the staff attitude is appalling. I have pictures to prove how dirty the place was and how the staff weren't interested.

   Love tacos. Love Taco Bell. The shop was clean and presentable. Easy to order. Great options. I opted to t try the Chalupa taco; did not disappoint. Loved that I could customise my taco to exactly how I wanted it. Food tasted fresh.
