Excellent value for money! Have visited East End for decades, when in Skipton. Always worth a browse. Bought a dress for my hols today. A good variety of sizes, styles and prices. Some real bargains. Owner is lovely to chat to, friendly without being pushy. Can highly recommend.

Bought kaftan on line after seeing reviews. Absolutely disgusted with the quality!! The inside stitching was so bad part of it was falling apart and fraying. I called and left voicemail and also emailed to say I was very unhappy as this was my first order with them and that I was posting this back. They have now had this for 11 days and I have still not received call/ email to discuss replacement/ refund despite yet another voice message left for them. Quality and customer service very poor, would not use!!
Be careful with knowing the cost of items, picked an item displaying £15, selected the same again but in another colour. Went to till to be told the cost is £25 per dress! Informed shop it displays £15 on the hanger, they said it was incorrect and they do not put prices on the hangers, so why was there £15 on the hanger?! Shop assistant tried to mislead me by telling the cost was lined through! Which was not the chase as you can clearly see the £15 written over the red line in big black pen! Shop informed they will not be selling me the price which the item was advertised I am truly shocked by the way this shop runs and treats customers! The shop needs to be closed down for every item to be cost checked to ensure you are treating your customers with honesty!!
