Went to Skipton today 18th December 2025 for the first time, and Captain Jellyfish was one of the first shops we visited. Absolutely fell in love with the shop and the male staff member was so friendly and helpful Couldn't believe what a fabulous range of Hell Bunny and Dr Marten they had in store. Can't wait to visit again.
With a name like Captain Jellyfish you kind of hope the inside is going to be a little bit oddball, and this shop delivers in the best possible way. A lively and colorful selection of predominantly fashion items, including the best pairs of G1 Transformers themed boots and shoes I have ever seen. How I managed to escape without spending the money on those beauties I'll never know! The shop is clean, tidy and well presented throughout. A key addition to what is already a really nice high street.
This shop is amazing! Their ever changing stock dazzles you from the moment you set foot in the door. It's impossible to leave without spending money! There's something here for anyone with a taste for extraordinary. The staff are incredibly friendly and also very disabled accommodating. I highly recommend shopping here, you won't be disappointed.

One of my favourite places to shop. Ace stuff - only problem is that I accidentally forget that I was supposed to be christmas shopping and bought stuff for myself. Oops! Couldn’t not. Love my rocket dogs bought here earlier this year. Have a couple of beauty dresses & earrings from this shop too. Today I bought some jeans & an eco rucksack… there’s so much choice. And fab, friendly, helpful service. Gem of a shop.
Hadn't heard of this company before but found a Loungefly Disney bag on their website I'd been looking for on sale, so decided to give it a try. The free delivery I got was very speedy, ordered on Sunday and it arrived today, Tuesday. Delivered by DPD safely and with a delivery window. It was packaged well, and the bag was in perfect condition. I'll definitely be looking to buy here again in the future, nice to be able to support a smaller business with unique stock, a lovely range of items and good service! If I'm ever in the area in person will make sure to visit the shop too!! (I reviewed on Trustpilot too)
