Damaged 2 of my wheels and are refusing to repair even though I have picture taken 10 minutes before the fitting. Avoid this place
The 5 stars are for cain who dealt with me as quickly as possibly could bearing in mind he was on his own. 1 star is for Black Circles who had this lad on his own there, all day, no break and couldn't go to the toilet. This is the 21st century and you are providing slavery methods. Management you should be ashamed of yourselves and should lose your jobs for this, maybe you should be demoted and start fitting tyres. Let's see if you have one the nerve to reply and two if you're going to amend this working practice. If not I'm seriously considering reporting to the relevant authorities.
Fantastic service! Super quick and a real life saver. Thought I would have to lay out a fortune for a new performance tyre, after picking up a nail and had an immediate puncture. Stuart had me back on the road in 15 minutes.
This should be zero stars! They emailed me 12 hours before my appointment to cancel because the tyres weren't delivered in time despite them offering me that appointment. 6 hours later they called me to say yours tyres have actually arrived and would I still like my appointment. Really poor, unorganised customer service but I proceeded with my appointment as believe it or not I actually needed tyres..... A few days after I started noticing a metallic sound from the front of my car when I was coming to a stop and setting off again. It was driving me insane so I booked it in at a garage for investigation. The garage went through my car trying to recreate the noise they could hear when driving it but having no luck. Eventually they found that inside my front right wheel was a plastic dustcap and a valve stem!! I got my car back and driving home I heard the noise again, I thought at first i was hearing things. I booked back in at the garage and asked them to check the back wheels. It turned out there was a complete tyre valve in my back left wheel. Now the big question, how did they get in there? The tyre fitter either put them in there on purpose but I can't understand why they would do that. My car has tpms, there was no reason for a valve to be in my wheel. Or the more likely reason, my tyres were stored near a bin and the tyre fitters at the wilmslow location clearly can't throw accurately. Either way it's careless and it could of damaged my rim/tyre which could of caused a blow out. I'm currently waiting for a response from blackcircles. I've paid out for 2 hours labour and the cost of taking 2 tyres off to remove the items. Plus my time I've lost to get this sorted. My advice, find a local proper garage to do your tyres and not a pop up location. Blackcircles offer good discounts but have rubbish customer service. Spend the £100 more and go to a more reliable, trusted brand. That's what I'll be doing in future.

Notified me last minute that tyres wouldn't be done, and gave me a time the following week. Have asked for a full refund
Advised couldn’t fit a pair of non runflats to a car with runflats…. Would be another £400! as all tyres need doing… spoke with blackcircles (who own the garage) and said they would send me to another garage instead (4 days later!) naff advice naff service and ultimately don’t bother go elsewhere - second (last) dealing with blackcircles
There was a mobile fitter on duty covering for the people who were off. All on his own, yet dealt with me carefully and effeciently all the while being polite and friendly. Replaced a damaged tyre and got me out of our family bus and back into my "chariot" I hope the regular staff are as good as he is.
Amazing experience from ordering to having 2 tyres fitted. Tyre fitter was very helpful and gave me good advice or any questions I asked. Adhered to Covid distancing. Well done, I will definably use again for any tyre needs.
