   To resolve an ongoing problem, I was advised to remove something from my engine by Ryan, who gave me the name of someone who'd come to the house and do it. I did this, as I trusted him and was then unable to insure my car with numerous providers because it had been changed. I was also advised by my new mechanic and by the AA that I shouldn't have done this. I was also told that a tyre they'd given an advisory on would be fine to handle a long road trip. I found myself on a foreign motorway with a flat tyre that had worn down to the metal. As a solo female, I need a mechanic I can trust. MDR has let me down twice. When I left a message about this, they didn't even bother to call me back. Very disappointing.

   Called MDR earlier today as the lever to open my bonnet wasn’t working. I needed it sorting as travelling a distance next day and wanted to check oil and water. Was asked to take car down a couple of hours later for them to have a look at it. I did this and they sorted it within couple of minutes, also checked my oil and water levels and didn’t charge me anything. Great service and refreshing to see we still have good people out there. Thankyou so much.

   Honest and genuine. I am so pleased with the help I received. Even though I haven’t been a customer there before they fit me in for the repair I needed and didn’t charge me over the odds, I thought the damage was worse than it was and they did what was required. My car drives perfectly fine and no warning lights. I can’t thank them enough for the help they have given me and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They are knowledgable and took the time of day to ease my concerns, especially as a woman who doesn’t really know much about cars I was scared of being ripped of but these guys are amazing.

   Fast efficient service after I called by chance to have a new tyre fitted. I was surprised that they saw me within 40 minutes of calling, I could see that they were extremely busy. Such a nice friendly guy, the owner, knowledgeable too. There’s a waiting room with tv and a coffee machine. I recommend them, well done to all who work there.
