Absolutely shocking service - don’t try to get your car fixed under a RAC warranty @ this so called RAC approved garage. Had car booked for diagnostics and was let down 3 times despite being booked in . Lost time/pay each time car booked in . No phone call or communication to cancel bookings . Total waist of three weeks trying to get my car looked at . In the end booked it in with another garage fault diagnosed and fixed quickly. Avoid this garage at all costs.
Fantastic mechanic company who went above and beyond to fix my car and I would absolutely recommend to others who need their vehicle repairing. Very professional from start to finish. Very friendly and explained what was required and discussed likely costs from the start. Very personable, great communication, even suggested me to come down to the shop to have a conversation to explain rather than over the phone which I thought showed their level of professionalism, great customer service! Very quick to complete the work and completed to and excellent standard. I will be using their services again in the future.
Great local garage, highly recommend! They went above and beyond during the car diagnostics, detected serious fault with a car that mechanics at Halfords didn't even bother to check for during major service there. Really polite and knowledgeable staff, answered all my questions, explained in details everything about the vehicle.

After a mechanic incorrectly fixed a problem with my car and two weeks of not being able to find anyone else, I took my vehicle to Car M.D. (Mossley) and they were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They properly repaired the fault and some MOT fail items to get my car back on the road. I will now be using this garage exclusively going forward and recommend them to others.
I recently purchased a car from a rather dishonest local resident here in Mossley. Less than 24 hours after purchase the clutch went on me. I had to scramble to find a garage that would be able to help. I called Car M.D and the person I spoke to was calm, professional and very courteous. RAC recovered and towed me to the garage where Marek and his team took the car in. A lot of work needed doing at a significant amount. This garage outsourced all the parts to carry out a full service, replace clutch, replace battery, replace all four tyres and in good time. Their prices are extremely competitive especially when outsourcing quality parts coupled with the right advice/recommendations from the garage. It also transpires that they are an RAC approved garage. This garage has experienced and friendly staff. My car was ready in a few days. Car,M.D (Mossley) Ltd will now be my go-to garage.
