   My car had rolled back into a wall causing it to develop a rattling noise from underneath. The guys at Springfield were amazing . Took the car in and had it fixed in five minutes. I'd highly recommend this garage. The guys are friendly and helpful and very welcoming.

   very bad customer service from them and very unprofessional. rang on monday for a quote for full service, they gave me a price for £165 so i booked appointment with them for wednesday. i went in and they quoted £198. when i told them on the phone they said £165, the worker agreed and put the price down to £165.i left my car eith them and went home. they rang me after 10 minjtes saying they cant do the price of £165 and i eill javd to pay £198. if not to come take my car this was very rude of them. when i went bck to the garave, there qas 2 differnt guys and they said they wasnt aware the price had chanved. when i explanined i came to the grarage and they shud have told me then, the owner and thr workers wrre very rude and very unprofessional.

   Its hard to find a trust worthy garage, and this is one you can trust. They are helpful and full of knowledge. Good for MOT and most other things. Note they don't do tires, but there is a great place just round the corner just ask them!
