   Visited Taco Bell in Edgware last evening with some friends. The place is neat and clean, and the service was quite fast. We ordered a few items like Crunchwrap Supreme, tacos, and loaded fries – all were tasty and fresh. Quantity was also decent for the price.

   Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a Volcano Burrito with extra jalapeños, extra guacamole, extra chicken AND beef — and what did I get? A pathetic, soggy taco stuffed with barely any chicken and some sad lettuce. Are you kidding me?! This is not just a mistake — it’s sheer incompetence. I paid for add-ons and got the complete opposite. How hard is it to follow a basic order? This was supposed to be a proper meal — not some sad excuse for food thrown together without care. Total rip-off. If this is how you treat paying customers. Never ordering from here again, and I’ll be warning everyone I know. Absolutely unacceptable.

   I ordered a takeaway.. waited for about 25 minutes.. but cause it was late at night. I asked to cancel my order since they haven't started my order yet. And they asked me to wait for another 30 minutes and said if they cancel my order and give me a refund, the other people will ask for it as well... I was really not happy.. and when I still asked for the refund, even though I paid with card they gave me 15 pound in cash with out 0.62 (even it's a really small amount of money their attitude just made me really annoyed..) so i had to ask for 0.62.. which was ridiculous and so I asked if I could get a refund by cash but cause it will take their time a lot.. they refused to give me a card refund. I have never experienced this kind of service ever in my life.. I will never come back here.. worst experience ever. As I'm in hospitality I understand when things get busy but they should still treat customers in a correct way. I haven't received any apology.. I felt very disrespected.

   On 28/07/2024 , I went tacobell, Edgware Road, I ordered vegetarian cheesy black bean burrito . I never had meat , beef and chicken. But they served me beef burrito. When I told staff they said we are new, we don’t know anything. Staff member name is PULI. They changed the order and again they just gave me beans and cheese in burrito no rice at all. Disgusting service. Please hire someone who fully trained .

   First time at Taco Bell. The food was far more bland than I expected it to be. The chicken taco was bland, the beef supreme taco was better because it had more condiments but still not great. The "seasoned" fries barely tasted of anything. £2 for Pepsi, but the different types all share the same syrup, so you're getting Cherry whether you want it or not. The seating wasn't comfortable. Just not good all around, really.

   Fantastic place to have a quick bite. Walking distance from Paddington station. We opted for a crispy beef sandwich. Everything was good could not fault it. With everything expensive in London Taco bell prices are reasonable.

   I had my dinner here food was very delicious but presentation not really good. The price are more expensive then compared other similar options that you can find. You can have refill drinks options. This branch is very small but not too busy so no need to wait for order. You can order online, in shop on the counter or in the menu bar by yourself. Because the food was yummy I will go again and recommend for you too.

   Always love a good taco bell and kudos to the staff there to implement hygiene measures so thoroughly. Never seen another fast food chain disinfecting tables so quickly and thoroughly after use. And masks were worn properly although there was no legal need to and ear pieces covered. Food was as always satisfying and great.

   Halal Taco Bell restaurant. The food was okay, not the best but decent enough. The service was a bit slow. When I visited, no ice was available, and out of 4 order machine, only one worked. Not very clean, no tissue was provided or available.
