Went in because I saw the 20% off price closing down sale. When I went inside, the nicer designer stuff was still alot more expensive than the high end stores in Leeds. I went opposite to tk maxx, and got 3 very similar designer items for same price as 1 item from this shop. I can see why it's closing down.
I have never come across a bad customer service in my entire life than at USC store manager in Wakefield particularly Sam omg she just don’t want to see our face on the store when we have purchased 1000 worth of shoes with bad service from her store has good stuff but management is rubbish
Was visiting for Christmas with 2 Dogs Shady and Diva, i met Sam and another Blonde really beautiful lady at the door i think her name is Laura i could be wrong, she got long curly blonde hair she knows who she is. Really friendly with my dogs, and kept an eye on them while i was shopping. Really lovely staff but these 2 really stood out for me They were worried for the dogs as if they were their own. I returned on a second day and I was allowed to bring the puppy inside by Sam as I was quite worried she would get knicked if I left her outside which I am so grateful for. Its got lashings of various designs of clothing and the staff are very friendly
Bad experience. Small louds of shoes did not hawe sizes+wen we found I deasent shoes the staff cud not find other shoe.
Wow what a shock to the system. If you want a decent pair of jeans ,be prepared. I priced some men's jeans at £150 the very same just yards away £80cheaper.I know you pay for the name but that is ridiculous. Even boxer shorts £65 !!!!!
