   Be careful make sure you get written quote off them first or you will get a proportionately higher bill that’s fact most likely more cost effective to go to main dealers or use an alternative non franchise like this for comparison quote times is hard for everybody but seems like they want to win the lottery with every job

   Update: since my last review I’ve had 4x new tyres and a fix to my ten year old suspension. As ever - outstanding service and lovely people. I was booked in fast and somehow they got parts in an hour and managed to fix it the same day. The staff are good people. This is a top-notch business. Thank you Wendy and team for your excellent service. I’ve been a happy local customer for quite a few years now. My MOT expires Christmas Eve and Wendy was very helpful getting my car back on the road quickly despite being extremely busy. The price was reasonable. Chatting to the mechanics they are also really nice people and work hard. I trust this garage. The work and service is great. Thanks to all the team.

   Would give 0 stars if possible multiple issues with this garage. Main issues being lying and deceit and preying on those who they deem to not have any car knowledge. E.g a car was taken to them to be looked over as was having a few issues. Was advised the car was completely almost beyond repair unless we wanted to pay nearly 3 times what the car was purchased for so with regret we agreed to let them scrap it only to find out the day we was taking the log book down it had been put on gumtree and described as a perfectly running car. Wow so they was either lying about the damage to make a profit or willing to put peoples life in danger by selling a car not roadworthy. Tbh they are lucky the police haven’t been informed YET. STAY CLEAR

   Always ask for a quote on paper before doing business with these people, not just the parts but cost of labour as well. I was verbally abused in front of my family because the garage owner thought I was after a free code reading scan not realising I was there to get my car worked on anyway. This garage is more for people in the trade rather than public.
