The delivery was easy and when the work was done, they arranged for the broken engine to be collected by their courier, and once received by them, validated my warranty. They will be my first port of call should I need any other parts for my car

   The engine provided was low milage, reasonable condition and despite a few issues initially, it arrived at my mechanics workshop. I have to say that the initial issues were diligently followed up and taken seriously until the problems were solved. Although the engine needed a little cleaning cosmetically, it was in top condition mechanically and I couldn't have asked for a better replacement. To say that the car now goes like a 'scalded cat' would be an understatment.

   “Don’t trust me trust the reviews” I did what a mistake that was. At the time of taking my car in all 8 reviews were glowing, since my car has now been sat in their garage 7 weeks, 4 more reviews have popped up, all saying the same thing “avoid them at all costs” something I wish I knew sooner. 7-10 days I was quoted to remove and replace my engine, a job costing £4550. Now 7 weeks in they want £1000 more for other parts. The service is beyond shocking and the attitude from the employees also. I got told by Sam I was not to contact them by phone call only WhatsApp messages. After 6 weeks finally I was told my car was ready, it isn’t, they are still waiting for a price on a turbo charger. It doesn’t take 1 week to enquire on a price of a turbo. I personally rang Mercedes and had the price within 10 minutes. But after all I have to be grateful because my car being on their ramp is costing them more money than what I am paying them as they said. I also got my car back with no working A/C although when I dropped it off it was in perfect working condition but as they say “this isn’t our problem”. They sell you the dream but don’t care about the service they provide. If my review doesn’t shed enough light on their services make sure to pay them in cash because they don’t like to pay taxes like the rest of us. Update - I have now taken my car to a trusted mechanic who informed me of a faulty water pump which North West Auto Techz fitted and the engine is now burning oil. I really do doubt they even changed the engine in the first place or just did a botched repair instead. Please save your money and go to a reputable company the only reason I went here is because of long wait times with other companies. I definitely should have waited the month I probably would have gotten it back sooner and in perfect working condition.
