   I’ve sent them multiple emails to ask for the status of my order, they’ve not replied to any of them despite being very active on their social media accounts. Like the other 1-star review, I’ll have no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card company. I can only assume bad faith.

   The owlstore.co.uk is not an honest company. They charged my credit card but chose not to ship the item I purchased. After sending 7 emails, I gave up. I had to file a dispute to my credit card company because they did not respond.

   For me, this is one of the best shops in Harrogate and is a must for any shopping trip. From the moment you see the latest window display, to entering the shop, it just puts a smile on your face. The range crafted by Steve and his team is second to none. Well-considered brands from around the globe, clothing, footwear, accessories, lifestyle - something for everyone. Go, get yourself some, I could not recommend the Owl Store more highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
