   Friendly staff, but it is not a very eco friendly store. Whilst it was freezing outside, the store’s doors were pegged open, letting the heat out. When we’re in a climate crisis, it’s disappointing that a store is wasting energy. The White Company around the corner is a more environmentally friendly store.

   Sad to say we rang the ilkley store from the Skipton store as they showed stock of an item to be met with very poor levels of customer service. I understand they are busy but a blatant refusal to help and told to call in on Boxing Day was not well received. Sorry Fatface, I expected better customer service from your brand. What’s even sadder is this review has been ignored.
