Went into White Stuff Ilkley on Wednesday 17th April, upon entering there were 2 members of staff at the tillpoint, neither acknowledged us or asked if we needed any assistance. They were having a discussion about the fact that someone had made a complaint about the male member of staff, so we then listened to him justifying himself and how the complaint was not justified, the female member of staff declared how she would point out to head office how they work so well together as they bring the best out in each other! I feel sorry for high street stores having such a hard time against internet shopping when the staff are so indifferent, it seemed that they thought turining up to work meant they met their employment obligation, no need to actually serve customers. We left disgusted!
I had a sales assistant that was amazing she was the best sales assistant I've ever met before honestly if you come here ask for Naomi to help you out, someone give her a raise

Walked in - 3 people at counter looking at something together on iPad- completely ignored me. Went into fitting room to try jumper on - went out to change size - paid (only time anyone acknowledged me). If I hadn't wanted item would have walked out without anyone noticing! Staff training required here!
Coping well under pressure as the phone was not working and the parcel I collected could scanned out and had to be signed for on the old fashioned way.
