   This place was recommended when my, new to me, range rover sport displayed some warning lights. The owner was rude and dismissive. Was not interested in helping me. Even going as far as to imply my car was not worth his attention.

   I would leave -1 star for my experience. Jaguar XF was recovered to Premier garage around Easter, failing to start and not recognising keyless start mode. The car was at the garage for Four weeks, communication was non existent until Rob rang me on the Monday morning, to tell me "he couldn't waste any more time on it and I would need to arrange collection of the car, and probably take it the a main Jaguar dealer" he spoke to me in a very aggressive manner. I didn't continually phone the garage and keep asking, I didn't receive any updates until this call. I would definitely not recommend.

   These guys are great. I broke down a long way from home and they were recommended by breakdown company. Went out of their way to fix my car within 24 hours even though they were very busy.
