What an awesome experience!! I can't recommend Ben and his team enough. The level of service was exceptional from start to finish. They were able to get me booked in within 24hrs and had the car repaired the next day. The best part is, the repair cost a lot less than the main agent and the work was carried out by BMW master technicians who had the foresight to branch out and use their decades of experience to create a fantastic BMW specialists company. Walked in and was immediately greeted-10/10 service. They even let me wait inside while they got the job done. Best part? It cost 40% less than what BMW quoted. 10/10, would definitely come again.
Had a full service on my 4 Series today, which included spark plug replacement and a comprehensive vehicle check. Really impressed with how quickly it was done, and the best part – the cost was half of what the main dealership quoted me. Definitely plan on using them again!
Amazing customer service. Right from drop of to pick up these guys know how to deal with People. Took my car in for diagnostic after previous garage claimed to not be able to find a fault. Ben was very helpful and talked me through what the issue was. Thanks for your help. I will definitely be returning and would advise anyone with a BMW to go as they are so professional and know what they are doing ( unlike my previous garage ) .
A 5 star rating is simply not enough ..if I could give more stars to Jon & Ben at Ultimate BM, I absolutely would! My experience of dealing with Ultimate BM has been nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish. From my very first contact, it’s clear these guys are not only very experienced and expert-level knowledgeable but they’re also incredibly capable and passionate about what they do and how they do it (which, in my experience, is itself in ‘needle & haystack’ territory in their industry) But, what truly sets them apart is, it’s obvious they genuinely CARE -about their customers, the vehicles they work on, the quality of workmanship they deliver and the experience their customers have in relation to the help, support and services they so adeptly provide. In my experience the Team at Ultimate BM really do go above and beyond and have consistently exceeded all of my expectations. Of course, we all know that maintaining and repairing cars doesn’t come cheap (we all work to earn a living!) but if you want top-notch customer service coupled with exceptional quality (which in themselves are priceless) at good prices then you really need look no further. Let’s face it, all the 5 star reviews speak for themselves and the fact that, from here on in, I’ll be more than happy driving past countless other garages whilst undertaking the 40+ mile round trip to ensure Ultimate BM are the only ones I pay my hard earned money to to keep me safely on the road.. well, I think that just about says it all. We came here as recommended by a friend. Great service, great customer care, and even updated the service light on the dash as they have the BMW-approved software to update the electronic service record. Not expensive. Clean workshop and a nice waiting area with a nice cup of tea from Dan. would 100% recommend using Ultimate BM.
I’ve recently bought a BMW and the car was overdue a routine service and I wanted a general check over. I dealt with Jon and Ben and from the first chat to the work being done they both went above and beyond. Very competitive pricing and the facilities are highly recommended and fully professional set up. They give the car a full check over whilst I was there for my piece of mind - Couldn’t be happier. Recently purchased a 2017 116D which hadn’t been serviced for 3 years and wasn’t running great. Spoke to a number of BMW specialists locally including main agent, received a combination of either bad advice, ridiculous prices or a combination of both. After hearing a couple of good recommendations I phoned these guys and couldn’t be happier. No nonsense, no trying to sell me stuff that wasn’t necessary. Great guys, professional set up, great prices, fantastic customer service. Car runs like a dream, full service, maps updated, the car even got a valet. The difference in how the car drives is significantly noticeable. Thank you, I will certainly be using this garage in future.
