   Counter staff were excellent as always. Mechanics did not remove permanent Lane control system. Did not remove blue screen. Said nothing wrong with satnav yet it still misses part words. Latest C-HR's are not a patch on the old ones. Never buying another new one.

   Came in for a factory recall and to get a setting updated on the car that can only be done by a Toyota garage. I was quoted 1 hour 30 mins on the phone for the update but this changed to 2 hours when I got here, probably a backlog or something else. Appointment overran by 10 mins so pretty spot on. Staff followed strict Covid safety guidelines and were friendly.
