   RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I recently purchased a vehicle which came with no service history so I am calling all MOT garages to see if they have ever serviced my car. I called this garage about two weeks ago asking if they had ever had my car in for a service and he said yes but he was too busy to go through his system and to call back the next day, I called the next day and a colleague of his told me his was on holiday and to call the following Wednesday, I called the following week explained who I was and what I previously called about and he said in a very blunt and rude tone 'we couldn't find anything for you on this car' I then responded and said ' I feel like you just don't want to help me' in which he responded 'no I don't want to help, I don't like people' (very childish). I said he was in the wrong job then if he didn't like to help people and he responded saying he was in the right job because it has made him very successful and that he did not want to talk to me anymore. Very rude, childish and unprofessional. If your boss sees this I'd be applauded about how his employees speak to people and if you are the owner of this garage you should rethink how you speak to the general public when all I asked was a simple question. I'm sorry to hear you was having such a bad say you felt your only way to cope was to be rude.
