   I recently ordered from this restaurant and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The vermicelli and ribs I received were mushy, smelt stale, and were clearly not fresh. Within hours of eating a small portion, I became ill with vomiting and diarrhoea. I reported this immediately with photographs and details, but despite the seriousness of the issue, Uber Eats refused to issue a refund. They acknowledged my feedback but did not take any meaningful action. I have since reported the matter to Environmental Health for investigation and have initiated a chargeback with my bank under consumer protection laws. This is not just about money — food safety should be taken seriously. I’m very disappointed in how this was handled and would urge Uber Eats to review their complaint process when it comes to potential public health risks.

   We had a delivery last night. The food quality was superb, super tasty and large portions. I ordered three meat in black bean sauce and it had lots more meat than vegetables. I couldn’t eat it all. Same with the huge chicken fried rice with lots of extra large chicken pieces. I’ve eaten the rest for my lunch today, as it was so nice. We shall be ordering again, thank you!

   Worst food I’ve had in a while. Salt and pepper chicken more like salt with a side of chicken. saltier than the walls of a salt mine, egg fried noodles were more plain than eating a sheet of paper, duck rolls had no duck got 3 instead of 4 which was actually a good thing, chips tasted like chlorine and had no salt and pepper. Very upset with this experience especially with the price. One positive was it wasn’t cold on arrival

   Very disgusting. Rice was awful, dry, and literally tasted very old. In the attached picture you can see that the rice is very clumpy, it was like that throughout and very difficult to eat. They also gave me the wrong food as well, ordered a house special with ginger and spring onion, supposedly with a variety of meat. It literally just had chicken. The spare ribs in honey sauce was also so dry. Do not order from here honestly, it’s a waste of your money. This Chinese needs shutting down, whoever owns this, clearly should not be a business owner. They clearly don’t know what edible food is and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Please please please avoid. Spend your money on quality food.

   How did this place ever get 5 Stars the soup is lumpy and has a consistency of concrete and tastes burnt and the har gow wasn't even steamed properly still hard in the and cold in the middle this can cause food poisoning, rang the take away to tell them and the woman who hasn't got a clue what you're talking about said it's because they've got a new chef and that's that

   Food was really fast from Uber eats but the food was so bland I ordered salt and pepper chicken it was so expensive and no taste at all, and the BBQ sauce was sooo weird like a clear brown colour! Never ordering again

   Ordered dinner in last night from here. Genuinely the worst looking/smelling food I’ve ever ordered off Ubereats. Those balls are Sui Mai dumplings and the noodles are chow mein. In retrospect I probably should’ve reconsidered ordering when the chow mein pop asked asked me if I wanted my noodles “wet or dry”. Won’t be ordering again and had to throw away as I was genuinely concerned about food poisoning.
