   Visited to ask about a repair,was told they would phone me back in a couple of hours,I waited two days...no reply ,so I phoned them,they said they were aware of my contacting them and would phone me back in a couple of hours...one week later..STILL NO REPLY...Based on this experience ,needless to say I will not use them ,or recommend them to anybody!!!!

   Had high hopes for New Beech, having received a recommendation from some of their loyal customers. For me it was initially a good enough experience, them getting my car in as soon as they could, diagnosing the problem and letting me know the next steps. From then on the customer service was pretty pitiful unfortunately. I was told I would be phoned back the same day with a price, and wasn't. I phoned 2 days later and left a message which wasn't returned. I phoned the next day and was told I would receive a call back following the weekend, and wasn't. 2 days later I phoned again and mentioned Christmas being imminent (I wasn't going to be in the area so needed it sorting), and was told this could be sorted in time and I would be phoned back in 5 minutes. When this didn't happen, I phoned back 2 hours later and was told I would be phoned back in 10-15 minutes, but wasn't. They say you only get one chance to make a good first impression, yet I gave many chances - in fact, reading this back I feel like a bit of an idiot, but I was just really keen to get the problem sorted for Christmas. Seemed decent enough blokes, but customer service and managing expectations is crucial and it goes without saying that because this was poor, I won't be returning.
