   I do buy quite a few things from Gant. Quality and style suits me. I bought 2 knitwear items in September 24 in London. I only wore them twice and they shrunk unlike other clothes I have. I went into the Leeds store in Victoria Quarter and explained. They were amazing. No issue in authorising a credit and allowing me not only to choose from anything in store but allowing me to use my 20% credit birthday voucher. Fantastic service from a fantastic store. We all know that sometimes things go wrong but it is how you put that right that makes celebrity service. Thank you all at Gant VQ, I will be back. Simon

   Disappointing service at Gant Leeds Store. Problems with their computer system meant we were unable to get a receipt for the item purchased (£100 jumper!). Although we understood this was not their fault the way it was handled was very disappointing. Most members of staff do not speak or aren't very friendly, baring in mind they are in customer facing roles for a high-end brand. We had very little explanation or apology. When we returned the jumper we then had to explain the whole situation (even though the girl who had witnessed this could have explained to the other member of staff for us). Need better customer service training and staff better suited to these roles.

   I went on the Gant website and discovered the item I wanted may be available at the Leeds branch. I rung the Leeds store and was advised it wasn't on the shelves but had likely been boxed up as it was old stock. The staff member went through the boxes, found the item and rung me the following day to confirm it had been found. They even offered to post me the item free of charge. I'm really impressed by their efforts and appreciative of what they did. Well done Gant Leeds!!!! Excellent customer service.

   Apart from being a great brand which is mirrored in the quality of their garments it is the staff at the Leeds branch which deserve a special mention. Pleasant and engaging with nothing being too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending Gant.
