   Ronia gave excellent service on 17th November. I had lots of items to return from different orders and felt self-conscious and anxious about this but she was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful and I want to pass on my thanks to her for her wonderful manner

   I'd asked in store about returning a dress that was too tight which I'd bought a good few months ago.... it hadn't been worn and it had all the tags attached..... I was advised it was OK to return but I'd only receive sale price as I didn't have the receipt. I returned a few days later with the dress when they scanned it the value had dropped by half and they offered me an exchange for a lesser price which I accepted. A small woman then appeared behind the counter who I assume was senior to the counter staff who very loudly told me this dress is old and quoted a season number...we've not doing an exchange....I quietly tried to explain when I thought I'd bought it and she continued in a loud manner drawing attention to me at the till...she was very offensive and quite intimidating.....I asked her to keep her voice down as she was embarrassing me... the little woman continued so I left.... I won't be returning......

   Went in after a search for the coat of my dreams after being passed off by a member of staff, I asked a colleague Kiera who was so polite, looked for the item and found it for me. She was exceptional, and instead of leaving annoyed and disappointed - I'm overjoyed. A superb member of staff.

   Called in to do a web return, saw the queue was very long so decided to call back later as from experience service can be quite slow. Returned to a queue of 3 and 2 people behind the till, great! But what I didn’t expect was 1 of the staff members taking over 15 minutes to hang stock, go get a rail and clear a cupboard before actually serving anyone. Nobody seemed to care that the queue was now 7 customers deep, other colleagues passed by or came to help with tricky transactions and nobody once apologised to the queue or started to serve. Very poor customer service!!

   Visited H & M many times at Whire Rose. Most of the time I find clothes that I would wear. Prices are reasonable, quality is nice. Sizing for me is just right. Staff are always willing to help. I like how you can take your clothes to be recycled and and get rewarded

   Quality clothes at low prices. Good selection of Mens, Womens and Kids both girls and boys. Great seasonal wear, Halloween at the moment xmas next. Ive also seen one of the best collections of eid muslim clothes too. Check out their garment collect program
