   This shop used to be one of the best shopping experiences around. Not so anymore. The staff are very unhelpful and don't seem to want to be there. My family member has a stick so stairs aren't possible for her and the staff on shift were unwilling to fetch her a small selection of ladies pj's in her size from downstairs. They eventually did but she was left feeling stupid.

   Giving 3 stars because I went in today and expected to try on a bunch of the tops I've viewed online and this store didn't have even one of them so it was a waste of time. Theres also a low amount the size I have which is one of the lower sizes.

   If i could have given negative stars I would! An absolutely disgusting customer returns experience. I ordered and paid for items, and sent back 2 dresses and 2 pairs of jeans for a refund of £145, amazingly the two most expensive have "gone missing" and so i wont be getting £100 back! I am disgusted in how this company is being run, I've never had an issue with returning anything before, and usually take to the nearest store to refund, sent through the post this time. If they don't sort it out to my satisfaction, then I'm closing my account and taking it further.

   I used to love Yours because it was one of the cheaper plus size clothing stores. However, it seems the prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down. There were plain t shirts for £30! If I was a size 18, I could get the same top for less than £5 in Primark for better quality. For plus size clothing, I recommended Simply Be a thousand times more, it's more pricey but the clothes are fashionable and a lot better quality.

   MENSWEAR DEPT Most of the store is dedicated to womens wear. Downstairs there is a small men's department stocking 'Bad Rhino' clothes for the bigger man. They stock not only larger sizes but also taller sizes. They sell casual clothes like t-shirts, Polo shirts, Cargo shorts, trousers & jeans. The staff are super friendly helping us find clothes that suited us but also ordering online in the store. I received an email the goods were in store the next day. No fuss just great service. I shall definitely return to buy some more. Go in, try some things on for size then get the girls to help you to order online. There the next day. Perfect !

   Great selection of plus sized clothes, lots for people of different ages, certainly not the archetypal plus size clothes shop where everything is for older people. Not great for disabled people though sadly, you would not get a wheelchair round, & even with crutches or a walker because there are so many clothes rails. Unfortunately I find it easier to shop with them online.
