Ali the owner lacks simple business etiquette. Went there for an MOT after booking with him on the phone, but he was too busy swearing at his staff and customers and crying about all the court cases he's got on his head. No wonder the council are trying to shut him down.

I went to this place for a full clutch fitment on a Ford Fiesta, bought the part myself which was a brand new product. Anyone smart trying to save some money would do the same as they charge a lot more for the same product found online. After fitment, a few weeks passed by and the clutch started developing noises only when clutch pedal isn't engaged. Went back there (first time) and Ali (who is extremely arrogant, rude and doesn't value customers at all) said there's no noise coming at all even though it was apparent. Went there again for second time and was told by Ali that my car's gearbox might have gone dead, told him this is almost impossible as my car only has 55k on the clock. He then started saying it's the product that's faulty, told him it's a branded part that was brand new at the time of fitment, he kept avoiding responsibility for the fault, I also made it clear to him many times that they could've misfitted the product because when I collected my car, Ali even said "it's playing funny" when asked if there was any issues with the fitment. So he knew there's something wrong with the fitment. The least you could do is to check the clutch and see whether you misfitted or if the product itself is faulty. How can you hand me my car back if there's even a very slim chance of fitment not being completed up to standard? When I was there, someone else had the same issue with Ali where they were lied and deceived to. You as a business always have a duty to provide a decent service to your customers but seems like it doesn't mean anything to you unfortunately. Just avoid this place as you will always be mistreated and probably be scammed on top of it all. You just lost a few customers now.
Staff very polite and helpful. It would be great if they could prioritise mothers with children in the car.

So uprofessional, unpleasant way of communication. Ali (the boss) has treated me like I am working for him. He has done the job, I paid whatever he has asked for but still talking in a very sarcastic way that I was about to fight with him. Asked me to send some pictures of the car parts I need to buy on whatsapp....never replied to me. Strongly not recommended....there are a lot of better car repair shops.
Ali is a very busy guy. Sometimes he answers your call and he forgets he's on the phone and keeps you hanging on the line for a while. I can understand that's because he's got a lot of jobs he might forgot to respect the customer, however apart from that the garage is alright. Boys made the job a lot cheaper than other garages tried to ripme off. Another thing is - I collected my car completely dirty. Maybe my car is not a Mercedes or whatever but still - steering wheel dirty from oily hands and hand print on the bonnet? Come on
