Took my car in today for a check-up and left extremely disappointed. During a test drive, the mechanic curbed two of my alloys—something that should never happen with any competent professional. When I brought it up, instead of taking accountability, the manager completely dismissed the issue, telling me to speak to the very person who caused the damage, as if there was “nothing he could do.” This kind of attitude towards customer service and basic responsibility is unacceptable. I trusted them with my vehicle, and they not only damaged it but refused to make it right. I won’t be returning, and I highly recommend others think twice before bringing their car here.
They are worst, rudest and most incompetent repairmen in Manchester. I went to replace the middle part of the exhaust, they had damaged the silencer part of the exhaust, but they didn't say anything. After a month, they told me by accident at another repair shop. Also, they do not give invoices at all for tax evasion. For engine oil leakage, instead of replacing the engine gasket and using anti-leakage grease, they tried to replace the screws with larger and non-standard screws and get money for replacing the gasket. Never go to them because you will waste money and your car will have other problems.
These guys are the only mechanics I trust. They are friendly, accommodating and will only perform work that is necessary. There may be a bit of a wait to be seen, but that's because they're always busy. Above all else, these guys are honest and trustworthy. They will quote only for necesssry work and at a reasonable price.

Absolutely nonsense arrogant and un experience mechanic he charge me £350 to fix Adblue problem for my E Class 2015 after fixing car badly smoking I asked him my car never smoke since 2018 I bought. he gave me example of his mother he said in 2018 my mother was healthy and now on bed and if you car start smoking buy a new car ,after he said this he walked away. My £350 is Haram for him definitely he will loose this money that’s my belief and I will keep giving bad reviews regularly. I don’t recommend to anyone people avoid him . Totally nonsense.
