   This garage supposed to be good ,years a go ,now not any more change a tyre there ,then my car start pulling and shacked, get back ,charge me again for tracking, but the car is worst then before . Get my car to another garage fixed in an hour ,lot of money and time wasted because of this "mechanic ".

   Left scratches to window plus its trim, got grease on seats, didn't put interior door panel on properly and left lots of prying marks on the panels edge. Open until 7pm 7 days a week though..

   The most sick and ignorant mechanic i’ve ever seen, nasir is way too arrogant to listen anything and when it’s about paying money he’ll charge as maximum as he can. I brought my 2 cars on his garage and spent almost £450 on repairs but the issue was same and even though when he returned my car the engine management warning light was on. When i came back he said we don’t have time you need to wait i will check it out but after waiting for 2 hours he checked and said he can’t do anything ! Was so pissed of because i paid him a-lot of labour and even changed the parts but my issue was still same :( Pls don’t come to him if you wanna keep your drive safe

   I visited this garage twice and they charged the labour too much as compare to the other garages where i have been, the issue for which i came wasn’t sorted out even though i changed the parts as he said. Came back to guy and told him the issue isn’t sorted out and guess what he replied we changed the part but we are not responsible if the issues hasn’t been sorted out. Please do not come to this garage because their service was wicked and the behaviour of the garage owner was so rude.

   I left my car at the garage to have the engine checked. Key was in possession of garage owner Nasser. Following day my £200 bat went missing from my boot when it was there before i even took my car there. He claimed it wasn't any of his workers at the garage without questioning them when i mentioned it as if he or his workers planned to take it, conveniently after i was speaking to one of the workers about clearing my boot. The key and car was in their possession but apparently they've got no idea how it went missing.

   I had 2 rear tyres fitted with decent tread and about 3 weeks later I had to go on the motorway to work and noticed a vibration which turned out to be about 3 big bubbles on the inside on my tyre, If they would of been on the front it could of killed me, for him to say its my fault I must of been driving with low pressure or flat but I have never put air in them since they was done and when he checked they was on 40 psi, if I would of noticed a leak the first place I would of went is straight back for him to fix it and then he charged me again for a new tyre. Joker just be careful when buying tyres make sure you check them thoroughly normally a quality tyre bay but won't be using again

   Went in to get my back tyres changed, asked how much tread the part worns have got that he's giving me, man said 3/4mm minimum so I went ahead with it, the next day my tyre sign came up saying I'm losing pressure so I took it back and said whats happened? They said my valve is gone (which they most likely broke whilst they changed my tyre because it was fine before I got my tyres change) so they charged me a further £5 to get that repaired. A couple days later I went to another tyre shop to get my front two tyres changed as I did not trust these guys anymore, whilst I got them changed the guys said that my back two tyres have the bare minimum tread and measured it and both set a I for from Nasirs tyres were in fact at 2mm tread each, so I went back to Nasirs and asked why they lied to me and the worker/boss started being aggressive with me saying all our tyres are part worn not my problem, he would reply to me about why he lied, he just kept saying "they're all part worn not my problem" so I left it at that and walked away £75 out of pocket as 2mm tread will last me a couple months at the very least before they hit the legal minimum of 1.6mm. If you ever need tyres save yourself money and go elsewhere.
