   Scammer Stay Away, I went to get my A/C filled I am my self a mechanic and he told me a fake story on how he needs to first put 30£ worth of A/C gas to test it and if it does not work my money goes to waste now this is a lie you can just test with a pressure test. I don’t recommend anyone coming here they are trying to rip people off

   If half a star would be a rating.. As I took my vehicle multiple times to this garage I was told to come back. rather than being honest & just advising he can’t fix the issue , had me wasting time & chasing him Which brings me to my next point , big fixes seems like a problem in which these people made me feel like this Garage is only good for small Jobs I.e tyre change , oil change etc (Another Garage sorted my issue out just like that ) long waiting time & even when you’re instructed a time , nobody’s there This garage is not cut out for big boy jobs plain & simple. even if they are you’d probably have to be related or know them through a friend

   I've been a few times now for getting my MOT done and general repairs/replacements for my car. Every time I've been to Baloche MOT Centre the service has been quick, very professional and they have always fixed the issue. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and have not failed to resolve any issues I've had. Would highly recommend their service.

   Took my car in for its major service & MOT. Walking in I felt welcomed, respected and didn’t feel patronised, which I have felt when going to a garage alone as a woman in the past. Received a courtesy call about an hour later recommending a change of Full Service, Front Brakes and Tyres. The mechanic on the phone was lovely and didn’t pressure me into getting the repairs and offered me time to think about what I wanted to do as they were only recommendations not mandatory jobs as for the mot it would still pass due to tyres and brake being advisories and the service was due for a while anyway I knew that already. I got the repairs/replacements done as I go on the motorway quiet often and generally drive a lot and so picked my car up the same day as promised which was amazing. My car sounds quieter now which might have been the brakes as they were squeaking before and steering feels more comfortable and responsive which i think is because of the New tyres they put on for me so all recommendations were well worth doing as the car runs a lot more quieter and better now I am very impressed to be honest. The manager that day told me to pop back in if I had any concerns about anything they’d done. They had also for FREE Topped up all my fluids which were low. I’m also happy with how clean they left my car whilst servicing it. They said they usually include a FREE MINI VALET!!! When a full service was done. In the past when I’ve been to other garages and had mechanics look at my car they’ve left grease on interior and exterior of my car which was really upsetting. This Mot Centre is the friendliest garage I’ve been to, I’ll definitely return when my car needs more work or any work.

   When it comes to certain things in your life whether it be your dentist or the workshop you take your car it's important to have someone sincere and trustworthy who will look after you. Especially if you're out of your depth, like me who doesn't know much about cars. However I know a fair amount about customer service, and the service I received was top notch; polite,friendly and respectful. Very happy to have had my car serviced and will come back for my MOT, I would recommend to anyone!
