I bought a coat from this shop via the internet as a present for my sister. When it was unwrapped a button fell to bits straight away and there was a distinct smell (not a pleasant one). As it was a Christmas present I had only opened it a few days before Christmas to wrap it. I contacted En-vogue to request a replacement or refund and they refused as I was one day over the 14 day return policy. The fact that it was Christmas and that the goods were faulty made no difference to them. So I asked them how they will deal with customers who have bought items 1 week before Christmas, as presents and it turns out they don't fit or are faulty and need to be exchanged/refunded? They have yet to respond!!! Beware it could and has been for me a very, very, costly gift....
