I have been loyal to this garage for many years so decided to try the new owners. Found them easy to talk to and took my car for a full service and MOT. Good communication and service combined with a fair price for the work done.
Getting a bit fed up with poor service from a main dealership I turned to Premier Garage in order to get some work done on my brakes which non-urgently needed new pads and discs on my Range Rover Velar. After booking the job in easily on the phone (Vikki is super helpful!), a few days later before the planned job I unexpectedly developed a critical ABS fault. I rang Rob in the office who was amazingly helpful and arranged to see the car the following morning, inspected the car, replaced the faulty wheel sensor and did the brakes all before 4pm !! Amazing service. Lovely people. Highly recommended!
The reason I gave this a one star review was because my partner went to have their windscreen motor fixed and their gearbox to be checked. They moved the back windscreen motor to the front, they didn’t actually replace it with a new one. Cleaned out the gearbox and charged roughly £140 to do this. I leave it to other people’s judgement to decide whether this was a fair price.
Had my wiper mechanism shear off and stop working, had it fixed much sooner than the 48 hours they verbally told me, very prompt service
Gutted a standard MOT should have cost ~100, ended up being 600. A service which was not totally necessary somehow caused all 4 coil packs to fail. There were zero symtoms before arriving there. Chance was given for a good explanation but it was totally lacking and unconvincing. Was looking for a local garage for future regular use but confidence completely lost.
Great experience using this company, friendly staff and very knowledgeable! Had my Renault trafic in for various problems, which were quickly diagnosed and fixed with a quick turn around, the use of a courtesy van meant I could continue to work. Excellent, professional service! Would highly recommend.
