I had an MOT and service done here and will definitely re-book in future. Professional and approachable, no fuss. Definitely recommend.
Great place, lots of misleading reviews which I’m shocked about. Never had any problems here. Always been friendly and helpful towards me and my partner. Receptionist is bright and bubbly and entertains the children whenever we’re waiting for the car, very fast and efficient. Lads in the garage are the exact same and go out of the way to make sure the car is done the same day for the school run. Couldn’t recommend the place enough.
Not a 1 star because this place has been good to me in the past so I honestly don't know what happened this time but first of all, I dropped my car off for an MOT check and they told me that I didn't have one booked, just a tyre change so I said okay that's fine, inconvenient but not so bad. Then I got a text from them asking me what tyres need changing?? At this point I'm thinking okay, it's your job as mechanics to know this not me, you should know since you're the ones that said my tyres need changing the last time I came here? So I text them back saying that I'm not being rude but you guys should know this already and they literally called me and said "you are being rude" like what?? Loools, how unprofessional is that. So in the end I just went and got my car back coz the run around and the phone call was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Shame though coz they've been good to me in the past, dunno what happened.
Friendly & helpful each time I have used this garage. MOT, service & repairs done on the same day. A problem with my phone meant I was late collecting the car & they stayed behind to wait for me. Thankyou.
WOMEN FRIENDLY! This Garage was so helpful, both over the phone and then in person when I attended for my MOT & service. It needed a little work doing which was done very quickly and on the same day, everything was explained to me in so much detail really made me feel at ease as I have next to no knowledge of cars, the receptionist was so kind and helpful and the owner and mechanic even went the extra mile to help with explaining everything to me in detail and didn’t make me feel stupid when doing so. Reasonably priced, and will definitely be booking in again. They work with you not just for you :)!!

i had a wonderful experience. i am a teenage girl with no clue about cars and have had negative experiences at garages previously but this was totally different. everyone was so kind and not condescending at all, the guy who worked on my car explained everything to be with a full price breakdown which (according to my dad) was a very reasonable price. i just dropped it off and then collected and hopefully won't need to use a garage again for a while, but if i do i will definitely be back. thank you so much guys!!

I've had the most pleasant experience with this garage. The owner is very professional at all times and gives very competitive prices. He also explains very thoroughly the process to a client, so it's clear what has been done to a car. In my case, the purchase and installation of a catalytic converter went very smoothly, so my car was back on the road very quickly. I'll definitely use the garage in the future. Highly recommend his services to others.
This was my first time I used this garage. I needed to replace a broken spring coil. The manager has been very responsive providing a quote for the job within an hour and managing to do the job within two days. He has been also very friendly and kind to explain all the work done. I'll use them again.
