   Quick pickup, no appointment needed, MOT inspection on time. The only downside was the hidden cost of polishing the headlights (under the pretext that they wouldn't pass). It cost Almost as another MOT . I can't fault anything, except the workshop. The work was done in a sequential manner, although such practices aren't entirely appropriate. Of course, I could have disagreed! But the job was done later, and the price was quoted. I recommend this workshop anyway.

   I had a window issue on my BMW in January 2024 and was told by this garage that both the regulator and motor needed replacing, although I thought the motor was ok as I could hear it working. I was charged £200 for what I was told was a new motor. After the window failed again (a known issue with BMW regulators), I checked the motor and found it was dated 2013 and seemed very aged. This makes me question whether I was supplied with a used part instead of a new one.... or maybe the original was ok.

   Today I lefty my car to change the brake pads and they said £300-£400 on the phone. I went because I need it with urgently to solve and I had a terrible experience unfortunately another mechanic answered late and would charge for the same service £235. In the end they charged the maximum amount, they didn’t look at another noise I asked for and they still talked to me as if I was doing them a favour, poor customer service. I don’t recommend it and I won’t come back.

   Fantastic work all the guys that work there are more than happy to help with whatever you need, I was given a n appointment and when l arrived they took me in to a lovely waiting room giving coffee and biscuits while I waited even watched the tv and made to feel very welcome indeed when the work was finished and I received my bill it was less than l expected, Very grateful to the garage for all they have done and l think l will be coming here from now on Many thanks

   Some of the best customer service i have experienced in an industry where it is not usually associated, along with very knowledgeable staff who gave me clear information of what was required for car to pass MOT and then provided me the quote. Works came in on price and on time, would recommend S garage to anyone who are feeling let down by their own garage. S garage is a family owned independent garage who genuinly wants to look after its customers hoping they will return, I certainly will.

   Very good and fast team. I loved my experience at s garages having dropped off my bmw x7 for a full service and having it done on time as promised! I also happen to have left some cash and many prized possessions in the car which worried me as I feared some may go missing however when I collected the car had been cleaned from all the garbage that was sitting inside off it and nothing was missing. I am so glad I chose s garages and will definitely be a regular customer at this garage!
