   An honest local garage. They replaced the timing belt & water pump on my Skoda at a competitive price. Very happy with the service received. They also changed a part known to them as being a potential problem in the future, at no extra cost. Will use them again.

   Paul on reception is very friendly and happy to help with sorting out issues on my cars over the last number of years. Paul has even helped with advise on fixing my old VW myself. I go there for MOT'S and repairs that I won't/can't do myself on 3 cars. They are honest and will list all advisories so you know the state of your vehicle and can keep an eye on upcoming potential issues. Fully recommended.

   Strange garage - first time I'd ever heard of a car garage refusing work on account of vehicle age! (15 year old Audi A3) Seems their general aim is to just do the basics on new(er) vehicles rather than get involved in things that require actual work (timing belt replacement)? Having taken the same vehicle to them a few months earlier for an ignition coil replacement that was very surprising, but also disappointing as my (earlier) experience was entirely in line with the other reviews here. That said, I would definitely not trust them with my (newer) vehicle in future because no competent mechanic should be hesitant over a routine timing belt replacement (+ service & MOT). Sure, it's not as easy as just changing oil/filters and replacing pads/discs etc. but you want a garage you can trust and capable of performing all required work rather than cherry picking what they can pull the most profit from.

   Great garage. We had our MOT here earlier in the year and we were really impressed with the service. They fixed my petrol cap whereas others garages had claimed they would have to buy a whole new cap and surround. Will most certainly be going back again next time my car needs work. Highly recommended
