   I called to query about a service they've done on my car and was told that there is no point in me making this call. "If you are not sure if the job was done just get it done again" and just hung up. But you issued an invoice that isn't clear, so really sorry for calling you and asking a question... How arrogant and rude! I would avoid just based on their poor customer service skills.

   Had my MOT, failed as I expected on the exhaust. Expected this to be very expensive to repair however Rob gave me a very good price for it to be replaced. Him and his colleague went above and beyond to get it fixed in one day despite it being heavily corroded therefore taking longer to fix. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and keeping my old car on the road for another year hopefully! 5 stars.

   Vehicle - a 2013 1 series BMW, my wifes car. It developed a brake binding fault & became undriveable. The car was recovered from M60 and dropped at Cavalier Garages - they've done all my servicing & MOT's in recent years & always great service. There were brake parts damaged & had to be replaced, cause of problem was diagnosed as the ABS pump by Rob & his team. Cost of ABS pump alone £2,300 from main dealers!! Rob sorted repair of the ABS pump with excellent guarantee. Total cost of repair a fraction of main dealer parts alone price!! This was a major repair & handled very professionally for good price. I highly recommend Cavalier Garages - for servicing, MOT & repairs.
