Broke down in the morning because of a dodgy alternator. rac were kind enough to ring this garage and bring me here for an alternator replacement. My car was ready later on that afternoon! Fantastic!

Took my Mini here for mot and full service. After MOT was done, I was informed that it had passed and that they would then start the service and contact me again to let me know when my car is ready for collection. Upon collecting my car I was shown my MOT paper and told what advisories I would need to keep an eye on. Great communication all round.

Scammers. Failed my mot for completely fabricated reasons. Claimed my hazard lights didnt work when they definitely do and claimed that my shock absorbers were excessively worn when they are definitely not. I had it retested by a 3rd party an hour later and passed with no advisories. I was shown a pre prepared photo that was allegedly of my car with cracks all along the shock absorbers. You can see a photo of my actual shock absorbers taken in a reputable garage in the attatched picture. Never do business with these guys. Edit: you showed me your pre prepared photos of a different car. You showed me that the hazards WERE working. I have done no repairs since you tried scamming me. Explain the photo attached to my review. There is nothing wrong with it. You do not have any proof.

I had a really good experience with this garage, after breaking down due to the start motor not working the RAC managed to bump my car and get it to DS on the Thursday afternoon, communication was great, I was whatsapped straight away with a reasonable quote and then advised it would be ready for collection the next day, 9am came on Friday and I was told by WhatsApp the car would be ready for 11am. Went to collect and Im all fixed and back on the road! Thank you so much for a seamless experience, you really saved the day!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with a towing and repair service. My car broke down, and since I have coverage with my insurance company, I called for roadside assistance. Instead of sending proper roadside help, they sent a towing truck which eventually took my car to their own garage. Before towing, I specifically asked if the repair would take long, and they assured me it was just a minor fault that would be fixed quickly. However, after delivering my car, I received no callback as promised. When I visited the garage, there was no responsible staff available, and I was not allowed inside. To my shock, I later saw my car being started and moved inside the garage despite the radiator and attached bottle being completely empty, putting the vehicle at serious risk, including potential gasket failure. This was deliberate negligence — they intentionally did not add coolant to pressure me into agreeing to extra work. It was not about the £50 diagnostic charge or £160 repair fee; the real issue is the risk they knowingly exposed my car to. Thankfully, a friend noticed this, and I instructed them to fill the coolant before using the car. Had my friend not been there, the engine could have been seriously damaged. Over the weekend, Friday through Sunday, no proper updates or repairs were made. On Monday, they finally identified a leaking radiator pipe and quoted £160 for the repair. They also claimed additional faults costing £470, which I refused. After collecting my car, I took it to an independent mechanic for a thorough check. He confirmed that there was absolutely no issue with the radiator, gasket, or overheating, and everything was functioning perfectly. I then drove the car on the motorway and in traffic for two days, and there were no problems at all — no coolant loss, no overheating, nothing. Alhamdulillah, the car was completely fine. In addition, they charged £50 for diagnostics separately, which I had never seen before. Overall, this experience highlighted their unprofessional, dishonest, and negligent approach, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this service.

Would not go here again, took my car in on a Thursday, got told I need a head gasket replaced and timing chain kit done. Was quoted 2,500 (cash) I left my car there for a week. Got told by the manager that they had started the work on the Saturday. After nearly a week at the garage, I came by and saw that they had not started anything, it was in the same place I had left it in. Absolutely unbelievable being lied to, took the car away from them and had to pay £40 for a diagnostic fee, they hadn’t even looked at the car besides look at the engine for 30 seconds. Took my car to a specialist and they found absolutely nothing wrong with it. Absolutely shocking this garage, will never be returning again.

This is for the garage part of the business that do MOTs - no experience with the other parts of the business. Might have caught them on a bad day, but didn't have a great experience. Poor communication regarding the time of the actual test, the result of the test and picking my car up. Had to ring on several occasions to get all this info. Test took ages - was told to turn up at 9 and car wasn't ready until after 5. Car failed. Was quoted price for repairs and told I wouldn't have to pay VAT if I paid in cash. Also, for some reason, they were reluctant to give me my paperwork for the fail. Didn't fill me with confidence. Got remedial work done elsewhere and was told (in their opinion) defects were not a fail, but an advisory (but, of course, opinions can differ and they weren't carrying out the test!) Garage might be using MOTs as a loss leader to make money on repairs. In fairness, they did a very quick job on the retest when (it seemed) the boss was on hand. You get what you pay for, I guess. I won't be back. Sorry.

I’ve been here every time I’ve had issues with my car, and it has always been resolved asap. I recently had an issue with my side mirror and that was sorted within a hour. Friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend which I have done to friends and family. Thank you for the service.

Have had issues with my car at home multiple times and they are the closest contractor my breakdown calls to help and they are fantastic; Gopal was the same guy who came each time, really quick, fixed issue every time, gave me free advice with battery and even replaced car battery for free that I had bought and was about to have replaced at a mechanic. In other instance; he helped with puncture; got tyre replaced quick and simple; always there for help.

First time using this garage. Really pleased with the customer service, and they went out of their way to have the brake pads fitted quickly. Also highlighted another issue and told me the part I needed. Will use them again for my rear brakes which also need doing. Thanks
