   Fantastic service. Used twice now for my annual service and MOT. I’ve tried many different garages in Chorlton/Stretford and this has been the best experience. Excellent customer service/lovely receptionist who is great with getting you booked in. Trustworthy and honest - this garage will not suggest work that you don’t really need.    The owner of this garage is unprofessional, aggressive and rude. The work is overpriced. I was verbally abused by Phill the owner during my recent visit. I tell all my friends to stay clear from Egerton Garage and I advise anyone who reads this to do the same.

   Be very weary when using this garage. Took my car for an MOT which had no advisories on it last MOT. Car had been maintained and not long been bought on finance with a AA 120 point inspection. It failed the MOT on a binding brake caliper, brake pads and Wiper blades which I had just replaced before taking it in. I was quoted £250 for the work, on returning to pick the car up I was presented with a bill for £580 and they had installed parts such brake discs which were not needed and not on the MOT failure certificate. Basically I was quoted for parts and not labour as well and they had done work which was not needed and basically held me to ransom untill I paid.I would not recommend using this garage!

   Brought our business van here for a full service and MOT. They changed the break pads and fixed a rear light. Staff were friendly, honest and kept us up to date with what’s going on. Will recommend, as it is a garage with professionals that knows what they are doing and cares about their customers. Top marks, will return for future repairs that will need doing on our business vans. Many thanks.
