   I was initially was with the service and costs but unfortunately within less than 24 hours my car had all the same problems again. They offered to give me a free diagnostic but on my return I expressed my concerns about spending more money and not having the problem fixed. I was told that they cannot guarantee a problem will be solved and that the diagnostic doesn't show everything. My question then is what am I paying for? I was also told if I came to the main dealer that I will have the same problems. I am now at the main dealers and they have assured who have always delivered in the past. They have assured me that they will get to the root cause of the problems and fix my car. I was trying to save a bit of money by going to mastertech assist but the lesson here is you get what you pay for and I am now sticking with the main dealer. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone and if permitted I would rate it 0.

   Been dealing with them for years. Mastertech, being a Smart specialist, I'm really grateful for them keeping these great little cars on the road. Despite insistence from people where I work that you could take a Smart 451 anywhere to be repaired, they have their idiosyncricies and quirks, and unique design it takes experts to know about. If you love your Smart use these guys! Pricing far fairer than a Mercedes main dealer too!

   There’s just something about older Mercedes vehicles, and you need the right specialists to look after them. I’ve been coming to MasterTech for just under two years, and my experience with them has been nothing but brilliant. From servicing and repairs to advice, I’ve always left their garage with a smile on my face. I understand that people compare prices when it comes to the job involved. Personally, I look at the quality of the job carried out, and don’t mind paying for their expertise. I own a 2007 CLK, and due to its age, it does seek a bit of attention from time to time. MasterTech have given the car the attention it needs, and now it runs and drives like it has never before. My advice would be: if you find a good and trustworthy garage for your pride and joy, stick with them. This builds a good relationship between you and the team, but also more importantly, the technicians get to know your car better. They know what parts have been replaced/repaired, and what needs to be done for preventative maintenance. I believe they are a family business, and so customer satisfaction must be their top priority. But none of this would be possible without a good team. So a big thank you to the team at the garage for working together and helping their clients, it goes a long way. I am a loyal and returning customer to MasterTech Jamaal H.

   5 stars. Booked my car in for a service and MOT dropped off on the day and was done by dinner time. Great communication throughout and provided a quote up front Whitch was very competitive. Will be returning again. Staff was very friendly.

   Awful garage and rude staff. One of the idiots at reception told me I needed to get a new exhaust.. 1 month later and £750 down a new one arrived. I took my car to a separate garage to get it fitted and they said it didnt need a new exhaust in the first place. Massive waste of money and now my car is worse off with an after-market exhaust. Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. Once they left a wrench jammed into the side of my suspension and I was driving round for a month without knowing until my car start to make 'weird noises'. I find it hard to believe any of the positive reviews left for them on here.

   My 190e was booked in earlier in the week by the polite and friendly receptionist and dropped off a few days later for the mot (which thankfully passed) and a service. I also pointed out there was a smell of fuel around the boot and a heatsheild vibration around the exhaust. Both these issues were dealt with and my car is good to go. A very professional company to deal with and their rates are reasonable too.
