Every time I’ve been here the food has been spot on. Salt and pepper chicken, Crispy chilli beef, noodle boxes….and just in general the service is really polite. These guys are a credit to the area. Properly integrated and proper scousers.
First time ordering an just had a savory cake and salt n pepper chips. Absolutely spot on 10/10 chips weren't greasy plenty of veg and loads of flavour. An the savory was the same. Looking forward to ordering again

The food has always been great from this chippy, although since the new ownership the food is absolutely delicious and on another level now. With more dishes on the menu especially plenty of salt and pepper items. I highly recommend the (noodle boxes, very flavourful and has chunky pieces of tender chicken, beef and pork) salt and pepper fish and salt and pepper Sui Mia. Lovely fresh served food, good amount, pleasantly served by friendly staff. Will always be my go to English/Chinese take out now.
Went yesterday and was really disppointed. It took 20 minutes to get a portion of chips, a portion of fried rice and 2 cartons of curry. This despite there only one being one other customer in there. With regards to the food, the curry sauce was very salty and the chips were re-heated from that morning/ night before so were hard on the teeth and in my opnion almost inedible. Overall not a good meal.
Wow got Singapore vermicelli last night extra spicey was really impressed very tasty indeed . lovely noodles perfect level of heat lots and lots of ingredients was restaurant quality and the portion was massive took me hours of going back to it to finish it off hahaha .the other half got half half fried rice chips curry apparently best fried rice around ..dark with soy how she likes it ... Sweet and sour sauce and I think we got free prawn crackers as well 10.70 . .massive tea for tenner impressed .....
