   I had a terrible experience here, had my clutch changed but less than one year later it needed replacing again because it had been fitted incorrectly (I'm advised it was missing an important part)- I phoned up to let them know, very calmly (I'd already paid to have it replaced again elsewhere) the man on the phone was shockingly rude and got incredibly angry. I mentioned this to a friend who I know had also been here before, she had since also had a terrible experience with the same guy because she couldn't remember the name of his colleague. He was very rude.

   The level of customer service wasn't brilliant, an half-hearted approach, my car went into sort out some issues with the front suspension, when I received the car back it was pulling dangerously to the left, the mechanic didn't mention that it would need tracking originally or offered to get the tracking done at the stockport branch upon me returning it. In the end I had to get it looked at by another mechanic to sort out the problems that I had been left with. Thanks.
