   They falsely claimed aftermarket parts were genuine ones (I later took it to the official service center and they exposed it). They even had the nerve to charge more for aftermarket parts than the official center charges for genuine ones. They dented my car door and refused to admit it. What’s worse is they completely took apart the customer’s car, saying it was for inspection, then refused to put it back together unless you bargained with them while they played dumb — basically forcing you to give them business.

   My Mrs car wouldn’t start last week and was told by multiple people including the AA that there was no compression and the timing belt was gone. Had it toed to this garage and they found the problem straight away (it was only a spark plug ) the garage couldve easily continued with the story of no compression as I know nothing about cars but they were honest and all I had to get was a service which was also done straight away the next day. The ladies at the front and the mechanics were all very helpful kind respectful and honest. They even went to the extent of writing down a few other problems with the car and giving me a price on the back of my receipt for the service (which they didn’t have to do) would definitly reccomend very honest place and very quick!

   Really good garage. They care for the customer and making sure things go the right way. To be honest if it was their own vehicle. As they are so popular very busy and this can at times impact communication. However worth trusting as they get the job done - competitively priced as well. Reception also work extremely hard based on seeing them at work. Good team all round.

   Left my mercedes with garage for a problem with the dashboard clocks, and rear brake pads. Replaced clocks with part from breakers which I found acceptable. However when collecting the car they had not done the brakes. I then put the car back in the garage to have rear brakes vdone. On collecting the car I could immediately notice a smell. Common with new brakes, however within days I returned car as both rear brake callipers had seized. My car is an older model so I can accept they needed changing. But the garage didn't di so and then charged me labour again for the repair. I have since had further issues with the dashboard clocks. I contacted John who seems to think I'm a mug. Told me he will contact me later as he was on breakdown. He dud not. Wear your belt tight. Or they will pull your pants down. Never again. Interesting how the girl in the office describes herself in the third person. Try being professional at work. I wasnt abusive. I was annoyed at the ineptitude of all concerned within your garage.I couldn't find callipers at £150 each online. And they weren't from mercedes.

   Long overdue review. I have an old BMW which has served me well since new. Recently however age has started to take it toll. Just before Christmas the timing chain went. Having just gone through Covid and tight for money due to lack of work for my business this was a major issue for me. I spoke with John who was extremely understanding and caring. They were very busy but he agreed to help and took the car. His team were excellent and professional. They had the car back to me within the week and had also put right so many other faults. The car runs like new again. He did his absolute upmost regarding the cost for me and I can confirm with all the additional jobs included it was far cheaper than any other garages I had tried. I would wholly recommend Urmston Service Station to anyone, and thank all the guy's and lady who went above and beyond to help me through that difficult time.

   Went to the urmston service station today as wanted to renew my road tax and found out that the MOT was due up. The mechanic Ian said they could fit me in today and remembered that i lived two roads away so he drove me home due to my mobility difficulties and returned my car home within a couple of hour's with the new MOT certificate and the card machine to pay. I cannot praise this company enough and a big thank you to Ian for going above and beyond in assisting me. Thank you so much
