   Good hard working garage. No bull, gets you in and sorted. Been going for years and they’ve never changed, always friendly and informs you of the fair pricing before any work gets done, good communication. I’d never go else where, been for mots, small jobs and diagnostic problems. Nick will go out of his way to help you.

   I dropped my car for a repair on Monday morning. I came back on Tuesday my car was not fully done. Neil told me he will call me on Wednesday before lunch. Nothing was done. I went to the garage to find out because I needed my car for work. Neil was very rude telling me if I am not happy I can take my car somewhere else and he was shouting. After I paid £150, he still charged me £64, I paid. I took my car to another garage and they fixed it in less than 1h and paid £30.

   Genuine honest garage with sensible prices. Nicky is awesome and goes over and above he even sorted my windscreen wipers out that I'd bought online. I've been their customer for 20 years even in the times of Terry (before Nicky) and Nicky took over from Terry's honest hands in the same way plus made so many more of his own improvements (better opening times etc). I'd 100% recommend them.

   Avoid this garage. Poorly located where you have to squeeze your car through other parked cars to get access to the garage. Service was unprofessional and time frames weren't adhered to. I was charged £110 to replace a fuel evaporation control valve which the guy said it could only be bought from the main dealer however that was a lie as multiple shops and websites were selling them for £16-20 including E-bay. When I argued this with the owner he became ultra defensive and stated I should speak with the Trading Standards instead of trying to understand my point of view and address my concerns. Very poor customer service. Avoid and try a different garage that actually cares.
