Stacy in the office is very helpful and makes you feel valued as a customer.     after leaving the car for 8 hours, during which it was supposed to be ready, I received a message that it would only be ready the next day, I specified that I needed the car in the evening. I brought it back and was told that they did not have time for our car, although the work was paid for the previous day. We had to come on Monday, on Monday we received a message that the mechanic was not at the garage, although we had an appointment. I came on Tuesday and was told that it would be ready by 12 o'clock. We returned after 3 hours, and the car was exactly where we left it, and the lady at the reception did not even talk to us and ran away. The car was not repaired and initially, they did not want to give us our money back, although everything was paid for from the first day we left the car with them. deplorable services, irresponsible people and when there is a problem they blame each other.

    I have been a loyal customer of this garage for many years and have generally been satisfied with the service provided by one of your mechanics, Danny. Additionally, the receptionist, Stacey, has always been exceptionally helpful, friendly, and accommodating. However, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction due to a recent experience. Last year, while my vehicle was serviced by one of the younger team members, Ryan, an issue arose. During the service, Ryan inadvertently caused electrical problems, resulting in the disconnection of my media system. As it was the end of a weekend and after hours, instead of addressing and resolving the problem, he left. Danny kindly spent approximately 40 minutes rectifying the situation, for which I am grateful. In my latest service, Ryan was responsible for performing the work. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. He failed to check critical components such as the brake pads, which were squeaking, and he did not inform me that a wheel sensor was broken and needed replacing. Additionally, he did not verify tire air pressures or top up the vehicle fluids. I generally prefer not to raise concerns or complaints; I trust that my vehicle will be serviced thoroughly and professionally. Fortunately, Danny reviewed my car afterward and addressed all the issues that Ryan overlooked. When I raised my concerns directly with Ryan, his response indicated a lack of concern or accountability. The reason I continued to bring my vehicle to this garage was due to the trust built by previous positive experiences. However, given these recent events, I am deeply disappointed and am seriously considering discontinuing my service here. I also feel compelled to share my experience with friends and others in my network who utilize this garage. As a parent, I am particularly concerned about the safety implications of neglecting essential parts such as brakes, wheels, and engine components. Negligence in these areas could lead to serious or even dangerous situations. I sincerely hope that the situation improves. I will not permit Ryan to service my vehicle again, as he appears inexperienced and careless regarding critical tasks. I am unsure why he has been entrusted with such important responsibilities.

    AVOID. Worst garage I have ever dealt with, unorganised cash grabbers. I have tried to use this garage twice, both without success. I first tried to use them in summer 2022 to replace all four springs (parts supplied) for a price of approx £300. I was booked in and dropped my car off and was told it would be completed same day. I receive a call at 5PM saying it wasn’t done yet because of unexpected issues with other customers, no problem, so I left it another day. 4 more days pass and still excuses are being made as to why it wasn’t completed. This ended up being a blessing in disguise. I collected my car without any work being done and another garage quoted me £150 for the same work and completed it within hours, on time as promised. The 2nd time I’ve tried to use them was for an MOT on the same car. I had forgotten than my number plates weren’t spaced correctly. I dropped my car off and 2 hours later I get a call saying my car has failed it’s MOT. I understand that they’re unable to pass a car that doesn’t meat regulations, but why would you not call me and advise me it’s going to fail BEFORE you start the MOT. This is just obvious good customer service??? I now have an uncessesary and completely avoidable MOT failure on my car all because you’re too interested in taking my cash over offering a good customer service? And to top it off, I was confronted by the guy who did the MOT who came out swearing at me after I asked why I wasn’t called. They’d rather make £40 off an MOT failure than give me the chance to rectify it before it went in. Absolute disgrace and I can’t believe people still trust this garage. One bad experience is one thing but to be sworn at by the over-ego’d technician is another thing

    Had MOT here failed on something that wasn’t wrong with it to try and get the work, had an MOT else where who found things that these didn’t so they didn’t even check the car properly! Girl I spoke with on the phone was very nice tho great customer service and very helpful!
