   Went here the other day re front knocking niose at low speeds on my 208,. having been to other garages who could not locate it.Not only could these guys find it but cured it a few hours later fitting a new steering arm,at a very reasonable price as well.Highly recommend Autocraft . Only slight drawback not much parking space

   Had brake pads changed. Still had an issue, finally they found the issue and fitted a second hand vacuum servo. They had no idea what they were doing. Damaged the gears/clutch, I had to have RAC out at 11pm at night. They did a terrible job, car was wrecked by them. Complete waste of space as mechanics. Don’t advise using them.

   I attended this garage to have a timing chain replaced on my car. They rang me to say the job was done and I could collect the car. Around 5 minutes after leaving the garage my car began to malfunction in the same way that it had done prior to being in the garage, after being charged for the work that they supposedly carried out. I re-contacted the garage and got the car back in so they could fix the issue properly. This happened 6-7 times, going around in the same circle of being told my car was running perfectly well, only to find it not doing so on picking it up. After continually having issues with my car I took it to another garage, who after having a look at it recommended that the timing chain needed replacing. I can only deduce from this that either they didn't replace the chain in the first place or did an appalling job of it. I am now paying another garage again to carry out the correct work that should have been done the first time. I was never offered an apology, a refund or an explanation. I would urge anyone to stay away from this garage if you want a reliable, friendly and effective service.
