   Amazing company , my sister got in a crash in manchester, we live in hertfordshire so we had a long way to travel to get to her. they made sure she was safe and looked after her till we got to her. she had to go find somewhere else to sit whilst we were travelling to get there as the worker had other commitments she needed to get to, but still made sure my sister was safe and got to the place. The person who recovered her car was lovely and ensured my sister felt safe, honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough.

   Wait time is really poor. I was advised recovery would be within 1 hour 30mins via my breakdown cover with my insurance. 3 and half hours later still no definitive time and the wait time has increased again for the third time. We have tried calling the company repeatedly and nobody has answered the phone for 3 hours. Not what you want from a recovery company when you already have a stressful situation. I would personally not recommend or use this company if I were in a breakdown situation/ crisis

   My car broke down and I was sent a driver from this company. Arrived within the hour and took my car home for me whilst I travelled separately. Left my car in a safe place and posted the key through the door. Friendly and efficient!

   Absolutely appalling service. I required vehicle recovery on 8th July and made it clear to Call Assist that the gates at my location would be locked at 19:30. Despite stressing the urgency, I was repeatedly reassured that you Thomas Recovery Ltd was en route — “almost there,” “30 minutes away,” “15 minutes away” — yet they never showed up. I was left stranded, stressed, and running out of time. With minutes to spare before the gates were locked and no sign of you. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket for a local recovery service, who thankfully arrived just in time. This was the worst recovery experience I’ve ever had. The complete incompetence, lack of follow-through, and disregard for my situation were unacceptable. I was also explicitly told I could not leave my car overnight at the health centre, making the situation even more urgent. Avoid if you value your time, your money, or even basic reliability. Take your business elsewhere!!!

   I cannot recommend this company enough. I broke down on the motorway last night and while waiting with the police for the RAC Ben & Adam drove past and spotted me. They offered to get me to a safe place off the motorway even though it wasn't their job. They made sure I was secure and in my car with the doors locked and the heater on and said to contact them if anything happened. They are an absolute credit to the company. I can't thank them enough. What was an awful night was made a whole lot easier by them. Thanks again boys.

   I was assigned a vehicle recovery truck from this company through a recovery scheme. At this point I've been waiting, 12 hours for recovery. That's not a typo, half of one day for this company to get from Kearsley to Eccles. I am still waiting... At this time they're not answering phone calls and have made zero effort to get me home. I see many positive reviews for this company and can only conclude that the owner writes them himself. Completely unreliable. I urge you to avoid at all costs.

   Exceptional Service from Ben at Thomas Recovery. After waiting over 3 hours for the AA to turn up Ben arrived, he was friendly, helpful and got my car started, he gave us advice on the battery life and even shown us how to jump start a car should we need to in future giving clear and easy steps. He was an absolute pleasure to deal. I have wrote down their details to keep on record.

   Thomas Recovery offered us roadside assistance after we were left with a dead battery in the city centre. Ben came to the rescue and what a lovely gentleman. Arrived within the time frame and was so professional. Took control of the situation, diagnosed the fault, and got the car started. Did all the relevant roadside diagnosis to ensure that we got home safely. Ben is a true credit to his profession and Thomas Recovery . He was knowledgeable, curtios and reassuring through out his assistance. He left us feeling in a better state considering the events of the evening. Thank you Ben, you are truly amazing.
