   Superb from start to finish with very reasonable charges and friendly service. Great to find a garage that really understands EVs. The cost of a new replacement onboard charger for my 2013 Leaf would have been more than the car was worth but they were happy to hold on to it while I sourced a used one from Japan. It's now fitted and working perfectly. I won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you from one very happy customer.

   I brought a fiesta Zetec to you as it had acceleration problems. You told me you can't get parts for it and the only way you could get leads for it was from a scrap yard. I was charged £40 for the leads alone, for what turned out to be some knacked old leads. The problem wasn't rectified. I had to get another car. I got someone else to look at it recently. It turns out the leads are readily available and I got some new Bosch ones for £25 plus vat. A bad spark plug was identified from a basic diagnostic check. After many years of coming to your garage. I won't be coming again, and I've told all me friends and family.

In over 40 years of working in the customer service industry I have never met anyone so pleasant, keen to help and knowledgeable than Kim. Big shout out and thanks to Steve and Jane who were very welcoming, showed a lot of dedication and had so much time for me throughout the process. If you have EV repair needs, this is the place.

   This is a really good garage. I have recently used them to solve a difficult problem with my Hyundai dpt system. The work was carried out efficiently and effectively and I was able to get an appointment so much quicker than going to Hyundai. The great thing was that I was kept well informed about costs and progress and could asks questions which were answered honestly by Steve. I learnt so much from him about how the situation had arisen and as a result I will change the way I approach driving and maintaining the car. They are excellent—— use them.

   So happy I took my car here! This was my first time going anywhere other than the main BMW dealer, and I was so impressed. After being quoted an extortionate amount elsewhere, I wanted a second opinion. The mechanics quickly found the root cause of the problem which turned out to be something much more minor than originally thought. They had it fixed before I knew it at a highly competitive price, far less than I feared! I applaud them on such an honest and professional service.
