   I had a bad experience unfortunately. The receptionist was rude both times I went in. I had an Interim Service done but they stamped my book Oil Change, so I obviously spoke to them to question this and requested this to be changed, something which was obviously not my fault but theirs, and yet I was greeted both times with a bad attitude and rude behaviour, she was very agitated and had no good customer service whatsoever. Really upsetting and unacceptable. Not happy. I won't use them ever again.

   What a gem of a mechanic this is. Recently moved into the area and needed two new tyres checked and found this place. The staff are amazing and so reassuring with the knowledge base on the tyre issue to put mind at ease. Can definitely feel the benefit on my Ford Fiesta st.
