   So I’ve spoken to the owner Mike numerous times about my car and its faults.I took the car there because having moved I wanted a garage local. The car is constantly in crawl mode and I need it everyday for work. Despite me ringing up before hand to find out if he had spoken to his contact who apparently works for Alfa and Mike himself telling me he served his time there, nothing has happened in terms of any suggestions on what it might be or how to fix it.Instead I just got we will take a look at it. I’ve just spent £919 on 3 tyres and an oil change and some brake pads which I consider expensive compared to other garages I’ve used. I was told by the owner ‘Don’t worry we will get there!’ Regarding the main problem I needed fixing the crawl issue. Later on he rang me before I went to settle up saying he would like to apologise for the lack of service I got. However I got the distinct impression that it was only so I would pay the bill. I need my car to work as I use it everyday and the service I got was not what I would call good enough I’m sorry to say. I’m afraid ‘we will get there’ doesn’t help me when after spending nearly a grand I’m still on the motorway getting flashed and putting myself in danger because the cars not fixed and is still in idol mode and won’t go any faster. All the warning lights are still on in the dashboard and the engine management light is still on as well. When I got back in the car some spare part I bought to see if it could be used was just left on the seat out of its box as well and my service manual just left there instead of being put back in the glove box? I would advise anyone else to seriously think about using this place. I don’t usually complain but this has really upset me I’m sorry!
