   A few months ago I went to this place for a check-up and they told me I needed to replace the track rod end. I asked for the price and they quoted me £300. I decided not to do it there and went to Kwikfit instead, where they did the exact same job for less than half the price. This makes me believe they overcharge customers without justification. I do not recommend this place, as other garages provide the same service for a much more reasonable price.

   I took my car to this place, and they checked it saying there was no problem. The very next day, while I was driving, the car broke down. I had to take it to another garage nearby, and they told me that the issue was simply the battery, which had stopped working. This could have been repaired right away, but they didn’t even notice it. Because of this, I ended up with a serious problem that could have been avoided.

   I had my water pump and radiator replaced here about a month ago and paid around £1,400, which already felt expensive, but I went ahead with it. After only one month and just 2,000 miles of driving, my car’s head gasket burned out. I took it to other mechanics and they all confirmed the failure happened because the previous job was not done properly. When I went back to this garage, their answers kept changing — first they said they didn’t check the head gasket before the repair, then they said they did (knowing I had to drive to get to their garage), changing the story everytime I was asking a question regarding it but now that the problem happened, they told me they “don’t do head gaskets,” even though the issue is clearly a result of their work. I asked for a refund since I still have warranty, but they are refusing to answer to my emails knowing I also got in touch with a legal firm. Because of this, I have been left without a car I depend on for my job as a taxi driver. I have a family and this situation has caused me serious stress and instability, since now I am without my car, without work, and I have to spend even more money to fix problems caused by their poor and dishonest service. Avoid this place at all costs — they are not honest, they don’t take responsibility, and their work can leave you with bigger problems than you started.

   The team were fantastic - my car failed its mot in a way i couldn't afford to be fixed (I was expecting it would as it had been having problems for a while) and they talked me through everything perfectly and gave me some fantastic advice for scrapping and places to check for new cars and what to look out for. The team here are amazing and ill absolutely be going back if/when I need something else

   I have only recently started using this garage after it had been recommended by several people. Glad I listened to them the service is very professional, they really care about the work they do on your car, also it was excellent value. Also I called in today with a small issue and they sorted it out in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me. Excellent place! A+
