   I’ve got no idea why the reviews are so bad…? Maybe they got a different chef or different owners, but this is the nicest Chinese I’ve ever had on the Wirral. They are so incredibly generous with portions. The salt and pepper box for £12.90 that could’ve done me 3 meals. Fried to perfection - moist, succulent chicken - and don’t get me started on the satay sauce; it’s like crack. Most bad reviews mentioned the rice, and I’ve had the complete opposite experience. The rice is sticky, perfectly cooked, and delicious. 10/10 in every single regard and best believe I’ll be back for more. (Complimentary prawns crackers, too) The pots of sauce are filled to the BRIM. My Mrs dunked 3 balls in there and put a bit on the side for my mother in law, and that’s still how full it was! Do not listen to these negative reviews - this place is different gravy!

   I was hesitant because of the bad reviews but decided to try it for myself as a Friday night treat. My husband and I decided to try a bit of everything we would normally eat. I didn't realise how much food there would be, will be eating Chinese food for every meal! It was all delicious, the chicken satay in particular was perfectly spiced and peanutty. The lady that was working behind the counter was so friendly and happy. 100% going to be our regular Chinese place. Sorry about the photo we were so excited to eat I forgot!

   I saw the low review scores but believe in trying for myself. I'm glad I did, the prices were great, it was delivered fast and hot. I was very impressed with my meal (beef, green pepper in blackbean sauce), it was very tasty, the beef was decent quality and no fatty bits, the rice was tasty and the chips crispy and fluffy

   I was disappointed to see the bad reviews. I think of myself as a good judge in Chinese food as I love it and I must say that I had beef and black bean and the meat was good quality and the sauce and vegetables fresh and crunchy. My husband had the chicken fried rice and eat the entire meal which he never does and thought it was really nice and the curry sauce a great heat. Can't fault the food.

   Please read the reviews! I wish I had! This is the most disgusting Chinese I have ever tasted! I will be taking this further with environmental health! I ordered the salt and pepper munchie box but we received what we thought was fish bites so we called to inform them that it was the wrong food. It turns out the chicken balls just weren't cooked! when we opened the batter up and it was all covered in what I can only discribe as slime. I no i have to prepare myself now for food poison! The egg fried rice (wasn't egg fried) and was crusty at the top like it had been left for days! I have been put off Chinese food for life thanks to this place! Not that it matters but there was also a curry missing! Anyway this place needs shutting down ASAP!!!! Just want to add the man who answered the phone was rude lied (even though we whatapped him proof) and we could hear his staff all arguing

   Don't go to this place, just had the food delivered, and the delivery guy said he couldn't come up the stairs because he has covid 19, so we haven't eaten our food. Phoned up and the delivery guy said that's what we say to everyone and that he hasn't really got covid 19, how are we supposed to know that? Disgusting attitude on the phone and not ordering again, would advise you not to order. How are we supposed to know if he has covid 19 or not, and we have kids as well, not on at all. Even his mrs said he was ill, then he had the nerve to say come down to the takeaway shop and me and you will sort this out threnting me. Not happy at all

   Food was great! Me andy friend missed a meal off the order and called the restaurant to sort out the other meal and they were more than happy to help. Went out of the way to ensure we got good customer service. Staff are pleasant and polite would recommend.

   Quite possibly the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. 1hr 40 minute wait for it. Rang after 80 minutes, they said it was on its way. The boss was bringing it. A complete waste of 38 quid. We have ordered from here a number of times, last time it wasn't brilliant an took 2 hours but thought give them another chance as previously food was good. Big mistake. The prawn toast was wet and soggy. The duck rolls were also wet, but added vileness of them being mushy as well. Seaweed was soggy. The bbq ribs were overcooked and incredibly dry. Wan ton soup was greasy and salty, meat that was supposed to be inside the wanton was not inside but just floating on the top in the grease. Rang to complain, after hearing them argue in the back ground, she come back to the phone to say on our next order they will give us some free noodles and a bottle of pop. We said no, we literally have wasted 38 quid as we can't eat it, she then come back again and said they will also add salt an pepper chicken to the order. What a complete waste of space, told then we will never order from there again.
