   Rude staff and a complete waste of my day. My car was failed for "insufficient washer liquid," despite the washers working perfectly that morning when I used them to clear dew off the windscreen. Instead of taking seconds to add water, they failed the car. I went to another garage and it passed with no issues at all. I will not be returning and would recommend avoiding this place.

   Had MOT done today. Quick slots available, MOT completed within 1 hour, everything was great. You can watch work being done on your car via big glass window from reception which I found quite cool for people who are interested. Also finally reception which was clean and warm!

   Had my car booked in for its annual MOT and service last month - could not recommend this garage enough! It was my first time at this garage as the waiting list at my usual one was so long I would have had to wait over a month to get in. The booking process was nice and easy and the service was amazing! Clear communication throughout and good prices. Will definitely be returning.

   I did not have a good experience, my pick up was condemned to scrap, after an annual review [full service], poorly done service, leading to loss of the engine, always have a service guarantee by email, to guarantee the service provided, now I have to resort to the courts to avoid total loss of the vehicle.

   I have been disapointed by several garages before I found Hydroautos. they will give you honest quotes and actually send you pictures of the parts needing replacement, their prices are fair and I would trust my car with eyes closed I live really far from the garage but wont trust anyone else and will be taking my car only on hydroautos
